| We finished our Christmas decorations. Thanks to Grandma and Papa Tenholder we have a big tree in the front room! And it looks beautiful! Yes, there are presents under there :-) |

| Our little tree is in the back with the papasan chair for a cozy reading nook. We painted our favorite lines from Christmas carols on canvases and I made lots of yarn balls. Thanks, pinterest! |

| We went to the zoo and we were particularly excited to see the penguins. Violet is wearing her penguin shirt and carrying her stuffed penguin to quote "show the penguins and I love penguins!!!" |

| A penguin swam by and splashed us so super hard! It was freezing, duh. |

| We rode the carousel 4 times. Each time was even more exciting! Her favorite spot is the baby polar bear that goes up and down. |

| We came home and made homemade soft pretzels for dinner. YUM! |
