| We picked up our first CSA box this weekend. CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture and we joined a CSA through October with our local farmer's market. We pay a set fee every week and it's a surprise what we get. It's guaranteed to be locally grown and produced. This week we got local strawberries that were amazing, 2 bunches of asparagus (Nate's favorite!), butter lettuce, 1 lb of tomatoes, 2 lbs of all-natural hormone free beef, tortilla chips, salsa, and poppyseed salad dressing. Yum! |
