8 weeks
Happy 8 weeks, baby Violet. She did great at her 2 month doctor's appt. She weighs 10 pds, 14 oz and is 23.5 inches long. She is growing so much! She did have to get 4 shots and one oral vaccine, but she was such a trooper. Mom cried almost more than she did :-)

Oh my gosh... I want to kiss that little face up! I love when they start breaking out of the swaddle and want those arms in the air!! It is the cutest thing ever. She is so beautiful Melis!!
Oh... Look at that big girl sitting in her picture chair without a boppy! Glad the shots are over for you both. It always teared me up to hold Natalie down and watch her cry. At least you get to be the mommy and comfort her when it's over.
